Now in its 36th year, the annual fundraising gala is special celebration featuring dinner, dancing, Live & Silent Auctions, heartwarming stories from some of our families and so much more. This year’s event will honor Nancy & Stephen Grand for their unparalleled generosity, leadership, and dedication to Family House.

Your Support Matters

Founded in 1981, Family House is a 501(c) (3) no-profit organization providing free temporary housing to families of seriously ill children receiving treatment at the University of California San Francisco Benioff Children’s Hospital. But Family House is more than just housing – it’s a home away from home, and a supportive community of people who are dedicated to providing a caring environment for the entire family while their child is undergoing treatment – all free from financial concern. We receive no financial support from UCSF, or any other public entity and rely solely on the generous contributions of individuals, corporations and foundations to provide our vital services to families in need.
