Families Welcomed at New Nancy and Stephen Grand Family House in Mission Bay Timelines: 40 Years of Family House History

Family House is thrilled to welcome its first families in the brand new Mission Bay building. Family House opened a brand-new facility built from the ground up in May 2016 in Mission Bay. Nancy and Stephen Grand Family House includes 80 bedrooms, a family atmosphere, communal kitchens, living rooms, teen room, exercise room and a private 3,200 square foot outdoor courtyard. The new building more than doubles the organization’s capacity at its two former locations on Irving Street and 10th Avenue in San Francisco’s Inner Sunset neighborhood.
