Family House Gala 2025

The Family House 43rd Annual Gala will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at the Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco. Join us to celebrate the Family House Magic on an evening of connection and support among our board, donors, volunteers and friends. The party will feature a festive cocktail reception, gourmet dinner with amazing wines, a finely curated live auction, plus music and so much more.

Honorees
This year, we’re honoring the incredible philanthropy of Marcia and George Argyris towards Family House San Francisco. Even before our doors opened in 1981, their involvement was pivotal in launching our founding and first capital campaign. Throughout our history, they have encouraged and given more than $6.3MM in funding through their family, the Bettye Poetz Ferguson Foundation, the S.D. Bechtel, Jr. Foundation, the Joyce & William Brantman Foundation and the McKesson Foundation. Their unwavering dedication and generosity have left an indelible mark, helping Family House continue to provide compassion, refuge and access to families in need.

All event proceeds will fund direct services provided to our families, including temporary housing, meals and amenities for families with a child being treated for cancer or other life-threatening illnesses. All services are offered 100% free of charge for more than 4,000 kids and family members each year, thanks to generous donor support.

Valet rate at the Ritz-Carlton is $55 for the night.
