Griffin’s Story for Giving Tuesday
Nobyembre 30, 2025
By Family House
When Griffin was just two and a half, his parents noticed an unusual rash on his hands and feet. After weeks of uncertainty, doctors finally diagnosed him with juvenile dermatomyositis (JDM), a rare autoimmune disorder that causes muscle inflammation (myositis) and a characteristic skin rash – with no cure.
Watch the DeBernardis family share their story below, and donate today to ensure that families like Griffin’s can count on free housing, meals, and transportation at Family House when they need it most.
